Hi from the new Substack.
I’m still working on a longer-form letter to share before the end of the year, so for now I’ll keep it short.
Thank you. I’m grateful for the time we’ve had so far, for your words of encouragement, and for your continued support.
The 3rd Edition of The Ultimate Anti-Resolution Guide, is available for download now.
It’s 100% free or pay what you want, just enter “$0” at checkout, no details required.
Here’s my guidance:
Set aside 1-2 hours with a trusted friend or partner. Complete the Anti-Resolution Guide, journaling your way through the prompts (takes 30 minutes on average, depending on how much or how quickly you write). Share your responses, step by step, starting with the second - “Take Inventory” - and ending with the fifth - “Define The Actions.” Take note of what comes up for each of you and how you can affirm and/or support one another. Save a date to check-in a few months down the line.
This time of the year can come with a lot of complex emotions and mixed feelings. My advice? Be gentle with yourself. Hold onto the ones you love. Appreciate things as they are. And allow for joy in unexpected places.
